Real estate asset management

Our experience in real estate management allows us to understand the needs of our clients whether they are private or institutional in order to enhance their real estate wallet. We accompany our clients all along the process: funding, marketing and the search of reliable tenants, management of daily operations, renovation work and the development of potential rentals. In Geneva, we have purchased and renovated many emblematic buildings that constitute the historical center.

Les Crêts de Cologny

This high standing project, who on the outside looks like a private house, harmonizes perfectly in a residential neighborhood in the renowned commune of Cologny. Benefitting of a calm and soothing environment, the contemporary building holds 8 apartments who offer a mix of magnificent volumes and a beautiful height underneath the ceiling.

The facades traced with clean lines blends with the perspectives revealing the open spaces. Movable steel sails conveniently placed near any openings preserves intimacy whilst offering a lovely view on the adjacent parc. The apartments have been conceived to allow a perfect distribution of natural light which highlights the open spaces inside. The high-end materials that are offered have been carefully chosen.

O’Belmont

Urban and innovative, the project of O’Belmont contributes to the rejuvenation of Eaux-Vives with ambition of becoming a popular place where people can meet and exchange. Located between the western entrance of the train station of Eaux-Vives and the continuity of the Voie Verte, the project supports the transformation of an old telecommunication central into housing, offices and an original concept of commercial space for the public to benefit from it.

After a study of three years with a lot of consultation, this terrace architectural project drawn by Les Ateliers Jean Nouvel, will additionally be a privileged living area. Suspended gardens, made up of stone walls and native species will serve as a green blanket and engulf the building creating a spectacular verdant corner in the midst of the city center.

Q Center

The “Q Center” will be an innovative activity center of more than 11’000 m² located in the Western part of Lausanne, it will be designed following the universe of the online sales site QoQa.ch. The goal is to create not only a workplace, but also a platform promoting interactions and new experiences with the help of its many events (conferences, afterwork and other activities) organized within it.

Tenants will benefit from a variety of advantages such as on-demand conference rooms, low-cost catering, shared kitchens for convivial moments, shared parking and numerous activities that are all managed via the QG application. There will even be a fitness room as well as a health center on site.

Palac Dlouha

We participated in the transformation of a historical building in the center of Prague, Palac Dlouha was masterfully and beautifully renovated and transformed into two different functions: commercial and residential. The well-known theatre, luxury apartments as well selected offices at Palac Dlouha have their entrance through the commercial arcade.

The building, in addition to the important commercial space, provides some 46 luxury apartments and 15 ateliers. Palac Dlouha was voted as the best residential project in Prague and 2nd in all Czech Republic in 2014.

The whole project has been successfully sold in 2018 to a local fund.

Swissroc Industrial Opportunities

Alongside “Swissroc Industrial Opportunities” investment vehicle, we promote and develop an investment vehicle for investors who wish to participate in a segment with an attractive growth perspective, mainly in real estate assets logistics such as warehouses whose performance is greater than residential and office assets.

To date, the portfolio consists of 5 strategic sites that are located in three French-speaking cantons representing more than 90’000 m2 of land; these properties are characterized by a great mix in terms of project maturity (repositioning, development, constant) and they offer considerable development potential due to rights of construction reserves and excellent locations.

Interior design

We also propose an interior design service and have already executed exclusive projects in the United States, Switzerland, France and other countries.

La Lavande

The designing of a luxurious chalet made of aged wood in Crans-Montana. With its breathtaking view facing south-west, on the mountains and the Rhone Valley, this chalet has been built and commercialized, furnished and designed in order to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele.

66 9th Avenue

We successfully achieved “66 Ninth Ave, Residence 6”, a two-year project that included the renovation of the equivalent of 3 units in order to create a 550sqm condo which takes up full 6th floor of the iconic Porter House in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan. (NYC, USA)
